Student Success is built on relationships with both students and employers. Through academic and career focused partnerships the SSC facilitates the growth and development of students and alumni through advising and career development. These partnerships help provide a well-rounded education enhanced by practical application of the classroom.

Sierra Lemonius-Walker, Employment Relations Specialist, Student Success Centre, Lakehead University Sierra is a graduate of Lakehead with a Honours Bachelor Science in Anthropology, a Bachelor of Arts in History and currently working toward completing her Masters in History. She enjoys working to build relationships and with respect to the university her interest lies in supporting employers in connecting with students and Alumni.
