Marie-Hélène Gelinas, Manager, Human Resources and Community Relations brings over 15 years of Human Resources Management experience in mining operations and mining projects. She joined Greenstone Gold Mines in March 2018 as Principal Advisor, Human Resources. Marie-Hélène earned a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration from Université du Québec (UQAM). Her expertise includes workforce planning, recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations. Prior to joining Greenstone Gold Mines, Marie-Hélène worked with Rio Tinto, where she held various positions at Diavik Diamond Mines in Northwest Territories and at Rio Tinto Canadian headquarters in Montréal
