Early engagement and relationship building and bridging differences in priorities, knowledge and ways of operating, perspectives on time etc. to achieve mutually beneficial goals.
Essential need to allow for time to support relationship development and capacity building to help ensure sustainability / long term value for First Nations. Different partnership models across areas e.g. engineering, catering and camp services, drilling etc.
